svchost.exe problem continued

OK I AM FREAKING OUT NOW I CANT WIPE MY HARD DRIVE BECAUSE IT SUSPENDED MY SYSTEM SETTINGS AND I DONT KNOW HOW BAD THIS VIRUS CAN BE AND WHEN I GO TO WIPE IT IT SAYS SOME FILES ARE MISSING PLEASE HELP MY DAD IS GONNA KILL ME!

ALSO WHEN I TRY TO DELETE IT IT SAYS WINDOWS RAN INTO A PROBLEM AND RESTARTS! HELP ME PLEASE

try using trial version of bitdefender total security it did a fine job removing a virus that was infecting my .exe files.

That caps lock is against CoC. Just want to let you know.

 

run, msconfig and turn off all the startup stuff you don't need. It could be a damaged file instead of a virus.

my bad i turned off all startup stuff and noticed that there were three identified programs running on startup just labeled program but even after disabling it didnt do anything

is there anyway to blank my hdd since system settings are suspended? i tried to get the files i needed to blank it and it didn't work

So umm i installed it but if i check task manager it says that like 10 are still running and bitdefender says no issues

i got rid of that a long time ago it posted that pic to show it found those but not the virus however my system settings are suspended so i cant wipe my hdd to be sure

use the install disk for windows and format. if you don't have it/find it download a linux distro and use that to format the hdd. 

I am not sure however if there is actually anything wrong if no other antivirus finds anything.
