Windows 8 not picking up SSD?

Go to solution Solved by Flyguygamer,

Can you find it in device manager or disk manager

Open the start menu and type: "create and format hard disk partitions" and hit enter. Post a screenshot of that.

So I bought a Kingston SSDnow 300 over the weekend and it arrived today and it's in my pc.

Both connectors are fine and in the motherboard bios it picks it up as a drive but when I go into windows I can't find it.

I go on computer tab and my old hard drive with windows installed is the only thing showing up.

Can anybody help me? I've probably done something really stupid and/or I'm blind.

Also if anyone could help me transfer windows over that would be great too:D
