What brand of motherboard do you have?

If your motherboard supports raid, you can set it up in the Bios by pressing Ctrl + I on startup. Then set up your new volume and reboot.

I have msi gaming 9AC Does it support raid ? so i can do it through bios before i install windows 8.1 or after i install windows?

before installing Windows would be my suggestion if you are using it for boot and it will support a software RAID 0

You need to set up the RAID 0 volume before you install the OS. If you have a newer motherboard, chances are onboard RAID is supported, but you will have to check your motherboard specs to be sure.
