Good Mic For $30 AUD?

Hey guys I am looking around for a mic to be used for talking on Skype with friends while playing games, So I want it to sound clear and not muffled while not picking up background noise.

It would be nice if it was digital and used USB, Instead of the analog 3.5mm jack.

Also I want just a mic not a headset of anything**

Logitech C310. I have one and the mic is pretty good on it.
