rotatable, large display?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a display of some sort that is able to swivel so that it is taller than it is wide. I would prefer that it be as large as you can find (at least 25 inches) and not be too expensive. Its a tall order since you cant usually sort by swivel but I believe in you guys. On a side note, the display doesn't have to be 1080p either, it can also be 720p so long as it maintains 16:9 aspect ratio. TVs are fine as well as standard computer monitors.

budget? what will you be doing with it? You could just find a monitor you like that has a vesa mount and then just get a new stand.

I was hoping less than 200 bucks. Ill be playing a specific game on it. I considered getting one with a mount but i figured that would probably cost more than one that has one built in

you are not going to get a monitor that size on such a tight budget.

but I dont think any of them rotated

 

if necessary i can go over, id just prefer not to

This was the closest thing I could find, it meets everything I need except i wish it was a little larger.
