780 Resell Value

I am playing with this thought for a while now. Basically I have a GTX 780 GHz edition. In August it was valued at 320 Euro on ebay, now it is down to 240. A GTX 970 is 360 at the moment. My question is, how much more do you think is the price of my card going to drop over the next 3 months? If I bought the 970 now and sold the 780 I would have paid ~120 Euro. I assume the price of the 970 will be lower in 3 months, my guess is around 335. However I don't wanna end up having to sell my 780 for like 150 then ^^ 

 

Buy/Sell now or wait 3 months?

Might see a slight rise, but overall (probably) going to fall lower as AMD may jump into the market soon. I'm in the same predicament with you, bought 2 R9 290's for 450, now 300 each, though I guess I'll just keep mine.

Maybe snatch another one for SLI, they're running low on stock in a lot of places, so make your decision soon!

It makes absolutely no sense to sell your 780 and buy a 970. The 970 is only a little bit better than a 780, so you would waste money and time trying to sell your 780.

yeah I have thought about that a lot actually. I would have to get another GHz edition though and I swore myself to never buy one again
