Android widgets

Hi everyone!

 

I recently flashed a costum ROM in my phone and there is no quick button to turn the mobile data or the Wi-fi on. I would like to create a Widget that could do that but I don't know much about android coding and app making. Do you know any tutorial that shows how to do something like what I want? Or even a downloadable widget?

I do not, however there are widgets to do this!  There is one difficulty in android another with the battery doctor app and I'm sure there are more.
