msconfig always crashing!

Hello,

 

I want to change some things around in msconfig to make sure nothing loads up on startup but when I change something ansdhit 'apply' it ALWAYS crashes!

 

Why is this? Really frustrating.

 

Also when I first boot up my PC my internet won't work at all. It just says something like 'can't connect top proxy' or some other variation :-/

You can download CCleaner and disable startup program from there.
