My computer has been having problems with USB. my old 128 MB USB 2 drive works but my generic USB 3 nexxtech drive and iPhone 5 disconnect and reconnect a few seconds later. I've tried everything updating drivers, bios, power saving options, booting into safe mode etc. How can i fix? btw if i plug the USB in before i turn the PC on it works for a bit I've tried all the USB ports it works on my families vista machine.
