I'd suggest using Msi Afterburner: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

It's pretty straightforward.

Don't overvolt to start with. See what your limit is without tweaking the voltage and check how much heat is generating. I have mine at 1100mhz core with stock voltage and I'm just about the point where I don't want it to get any hotter.
