4-Way Optimization not working?

Hi Guys,

 

I have recently purchased a z87-deluxe/dual motherboard for my 4790k

Now when I ran the 4-way optimization software all went well, but at the end it claimed that is had increased 000%! The ratio was set to 48, however the cpu stayed at 3840 MHz (see attachment)

 

any help will be appreciated
