Corrupt esf

Hi everyone!

 

A while ago I had found out that that the esf partition on my Galaxy Core (1, not duos or 2) is corrupted (the idiot I am off course rooted it without making an esf backup). I have gave up a long time ago, but now I am here at LinusTechTips forums and I found solutions to many of my problems. So I decided, why not post this here, maybe someone knows something useful.

There is the yellow "Update Device Information" notice on home page and the lock and shut down menu don't work. I have installed GO Launcher and GO Locker so I have screen lock and no message on the homepage, but is there a fix to this, without replacing the mobo?

There is some very smart people here at this forum so if anyone knows a solution please let me know.
