Hello everyone, so i know this isnt exactly the right place to make these questions (the contact support didnt answered my question...). So after receiving my order from amazon, one of the items was damaged. Therefore after contacting support they agreed to open a return process. The replacement is already ordered and suposedly will come after i return the original item. This is what the support said (Because the cost of returning this item would be prohibitively expensive, there's no need to return it. You're welcome to keep, donate or dispose of the book--whichever option is most appropriate and convenient for you.)   :(

Well obviously it will cost to resend the package, but i want to know if anyone has already gone trought this what exactly should i do? (The item was in Gift-wrap, therefore will the replacement item come in a gift-wrap as well? Obviously its mostlikely no, since i have already opened and used the original gift-wrap) They sent the return label, so the only thing i have to do is affix the label with my adress, over the original transport box covering the previous deliviry adress and ask the post office to ship it back to Amazon,US? Thank you all for your answers  .

if it was damaged you should have to pay to ship it back nor should you have to wait to get your replacement. when i replaced my cpu i didn't pay return shipping and they shipped a new one out the day i opened the claim. they give you a month to return the broken item before they charge you for the replacement
