1. Budget & Location
budget is under 1400 with tax (13%)(give or take 100$)

location london ontario

2. Aim
my aim is to do a a decent amount of maya rendering and some serious gaming 

and i also need it to have a i7 4790k or higher

graphics card i need it to handle assassins creed unity good 

BONUS: a themed build 

3. Monitors

1 monitor ips small bezel would be nice and nothing less than 1080:1920

4. Peripherals
yes i need a mouse and keyboard and i already have windows

why ask if you can find the same ram for the same price, i just got a premade pricelist i ahd and changed afew things

RAM memory increases are negligible increases in performance.

 

The only location where I read that they really helped was in archive extraction like winrar or 7zip.

 

There was also the whole, latency increases as speed increases. So any performance gains are minor, if there are any at all. In some scenarios it didn't help at all and showed worse performance due to the increased CAS latency.

 

You should google what your exact scenario is. The video I saw was I think from Linus and it compared 1333 and 2400 mhz ddr3 and some articles from anandtech.
