I'm looking for software that can compare individual files contents, preferably at a binary level. I know FreeFileSync, and comprable software, can compare folders, but I need to compare individual files, and it is too tedious to place files I want to compare in different folders.

Is there any software out there that can do what I want? It would be awesome if I could que up a list of files I want to compare and let it run over night, but I can settle for anything that can compare individual files.
