Memtest. Windows errors and Linux errors points me right into that direction. It's most likely your RAM.

im not an expert in this issue but i would try to restore my bios to stock settings and then try reinstalling ! and try get a error log it helps a lot to explain the problem

I did reset, and the error would be different like erytim.

Take one stick out and run the test. See which one errors out. 

I think the ram is defective, but I wont be able to get more until December. Im runing the tet with 1 out, on test 6, no errors :D but now i only have 4 GB. Is that enough for Skyrim, TF2, Minecraft, and Tomb Raider comfortably?

Excellent. Lucky only one stick stopped working! This should solve all of your issues man. 

Deciding what to put in my sig is too much of a task for me.
