Sabertooth Z77 Water Cooling/ General Quietness

I was wondering if anyone knew of a modder or anybody that could get a waterblock for the sabertooth Z77. I hate the fans but i love the looks. I can spend up to 200$ on the block or more if needed.

I would be okay with taking off the cover for it too(i wouldnt imagice a block to fit under it) .

Afaik there is no official block but I have seen people get together and make their own blocks in threads such as this one: http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=1764023&mpage=1

 

I would try and get into contact with someone like that.
