It's a no brainer - go for the R9 290 system.

 

A lot of people are going to get their panties in a twist at the i3, even though it is near identical in games to the FX 6300 and FX 8320.

All three look fine. you can ditch the DVD drive though, you can install windows with a flash drive and it's much faster. I'd go with the strongest GPU, even though all three give great performance.

Too many underestimate the power of an i3.. It actually performs better when it comes to gaming in most cases.

Yeah, but I don't know how to install windows from a flash drive. Sorry if being stupid or something, I just have never seen the process, is it similar to the DVD Drive installation?

It's pretty easy to install windows from a flash drive, I dont remember the exact step but I've never use a disc before so... :P

Also, at this price range better get AMD CPU. YOu may need an after market CPU cooler if you feel like the stock fan is too loud, about 20$ for the 212 EVO.
