I want to start sleeve some of my cables, but when i took a look on the 8pin pci, I noticed that two of the cables were in the same hole.

Can i put one of the cables in the the top hole, or will that have an effect?

Yes the pin out on it may not be what that wire needs If you put it in there you could short out your PSU If I were you I would sleeve the cables together or just buy BitFenix  Extension Cable M-F  from new egg or amazon that's what I used for this build . they cost between 8.00 and 20.00 a cable depending on the cable you need. 

 

But what ever you do do not put that wire in the extra hole unless you know for sure that it can go there if it is a 12V plug and the wire is a 12V wire then fine but if its a 12v plug and you attach it to ground you could do damage to your system.
