okay so i bought turtle beach z11 the microphone sounds great but one issue only recording i have nissing or white noise in my videos now no one can hear it over skype ect

 

 

 

so is there any way of fixing this issue and this mircophone does not have a usb connection just microphone and headphone jack. 

 

 

i dont care about higher end products this is for fun not professional use so i just want feedback on this issue not go out and buy something better

What program are you using to record? Check what format your microphone is running (set this to the highest possible, usually studio quality)

Use another microphone for recording and see if you get same results.

Check your playback quality. Check what bitrate the audio is using (compressed or not)

Try using the rear IO for a test run.  Frequently static is caused by your parts in the PC.  If the issue improves I would recommend using the rear IO or trying to manage your front panel cables to run behind the mobo as much as possible.  This helped me but in the end, USB cured this 100% (thanks Logitech for G510)

so right now its set on 2channel 16bit 192000 studio quaitaty recently changed it to see if it would help didnt microphone is set too 100 and boost +10.0 dB was messing with it, the controller is reakltek high definition audio

In Realtek, do you have Noise Suppression turned on?

What does your cable route from your headphones to your computer look like? If you're using the back I/O, then you may have some interference.

so i went into realtek put noise suppression on. my cable route is there pluged in at back IO then directly up over desk then cable round monitor only other interfence i can think of it my usb wireless card for internet but thats pluged into front usb port
