Unknown Issue when starting computer

Okay, so I recently built my first computer around two weeks ago, and it has been working great. Last night, I decided not to turn the computer off, so I put it in sleep/standby mode. This morning, I can't get the system to power on and I have no idea why, all of the fans are running on the system when I power it on, but the power indicator light on the front of the case is no longer powering on as well, nor is the light on my PCI network card. 

ANY Ideas, I'm like freaking out here.

 

System Specs:

PSU: EVGA 500w 80 Plus Power Supply

MB: MSI- H97m- G43

CPU: Intel core i3 4130

Oh, and I'm not receiving any visual output from the mobo's VGA, or HDMI output.

Is it a PSU problem, even though all the other components are running fine?

From my experience, power indicator light doesn't on can happen because psu or motherboard problem. It's easier to replace with another PSU rather than replace motherboard to diagnose your problem.

Um.. I don't see a CMOS jumper on my motherboard should I be worried, I see the spot where the jumper should be, but behold there is no jumper.
