H97 Overclock

with which H97 motherboard can overclock (updating bios of course) someone just offer to buy my old pc and going to use this opportunity to pass from AMD to intel but need to save some money.  

so then which one is a best overclock H97 :).

h97 isn'n meant for overclocking z97 is and there about the same price anyways also the msi z97 pc mate is a great deal for a z97 mobo

yes some can be overclock  whit bios UPDATE but which one.

Maximus Vii Ranger/Hero and Gigabyte/MSI Gaming series. they are perfect boards for overclocking, are red and black, and are good value

The H97 motherboards that can overclock are usually the same price or more expensive than Z97 motherboards.  Just buy a Z97 motherboard and avoid the hassle.

Buy Z97 for SLI as H97 is a low end platform and doesnt support it. it could be useful later, saving u money by getting a second card cheap rather than buying a new one
