Hey man, even with the 344.16 driver the clockspeed underclocks to 1354Mhz instead of the stock boost 1367. Should I RMA it?

The stock Boost on the G1 is 1329, I think your card is fine honestly. My stock boost on Crysis 3 is 1342 on both cards. I have seen 1354 on other games like you card. If it is rated at 1329 then anything more is a bonus.

Clock speed fluctuations are sometimes a game issue. Have you tried using EVGA precision x's k boost? It forces the cards to run at max speed all of the time.

Yes, that K thing caused a BSOD and didn't let me disable it. I had to uninstall the driver and Precision X in Safe mode in order to get everything back to normal.

The first time I installed the 344.48 was fine, 120FPS in Crysis 2. Then I made the K Boost thing and today it's like the 8th time I reinstall Nvidia Drivers because it seems that I left something that now I get 100Fps or less in Crysis 2.

FUUUUUU

The ACX 2.0 is loud but from my experience so far at my 1500+ core and 1900 memory it doesnt get loud at all and stays under 70 Celsius. It's in an H440 case so it basically has nonexistent airflow. If you set a crazy manual fan curve it can get loud at about 50 to 60% speed.

Got mine today.  I know backplates aren't supposed to help with cooling, but my card is running about 6 degrees cooler now. Could be ambient.

I bit the bullet and ordered another sc 970 from amazon. :( I really like this card lol Picture26_zpsd634ac98.jpg
