I need some help with my computer!

ddostella

I've been building my computer for a while now, and I've been upgrading it over time. Well as I've been upgrading it, my processes "sky rocketed".

So I need help with what I need running and what I don't need running.

My computer:

Cpu: Intel i5-3570k @ 4.2Ghz

Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Formula

Psu: Corsair HX1050

Gpu: Evga Geforce Gtx 770 sc w/ acx cooler

Memory: 8Gb G.Skill RipJaw Z 2400Mhz

Ssd: Intel 520 60Gb, Samsung 840 120Gb

Hdd: WD Black 1Tb 7200rpm

Cooler: Corsair H100i

Case: Corsair 650D

---------------------------

Monitor: Asus VG248 144Hz

Keyboard: Razer Black Widow Ultimate

Mouse: Razer Naga

The attachment is my running processes, and I know its INSANELY high.

Please help!

Thank you!

Type "msconfig" in the start menu startbar and enter "start up". You can then begin to eliminate program you don't need to start up with windows. You could also take a screenshot if you are in doubt of what you can remove.

I'm also possessor of an ASUS-motherboard and unless you are controlling all your case-fans with AI-Suite II (you can do mostly the same over the BIOS btw. ) you should completely uninstall AI Suite 2. well atleast thats what I would do because it starts so much unecessary programs.

to the others processes: I've no clue what the EPUHelp and EzUpdt are, but they sound like automatic updaters and stupid helpingtools that shouldnt load on startup. Lookup their functionallity and decide whether you need those or not.
