Sharing a internal storage array?

Hiya I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this, so I'm running Mac and win 8.1 on two ocz vector 240 gb raid 0 as a boot drive. As storage I'm using two 3tb wd reds with a Kingston ssd for Intel caching, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to partition the storage array so that it can be a 2tb drive in windows and a 1tb storage drive in OS X? Neither os seems to let me format it correctly? any help wld be great :)

old system dead ... new one soon
