I have a GTX 760. Today I updated my drivers and the new one says it allows support for DSR on all 400,600,700 series cards and I am confused. Isn't it a Maxwell trademarked feature ? DSR and MFAA were the main features of Maxwell that attracted me. So is this fully true and will in future Kepler GPUs support MFAA too making Maxwell nothing really special ? Any guess ?

No matter how many features they pass down to Kepler and Fermi, Maxwell will still be an architecture change.

If you are happy with the performance of your 760 and only wanted DSR and MFAA (assuming Kepler and Fermi get MFAA) then there is no reason to upgrade. If you are not happy with the performance of your 760, the Maxwell offerings provide a more compelling product.

I am thinking mfaa won't come does to us, DSR came to us because technically we could already do that it was just more difficult without dsr. MFAA might be exclusive because of the architecture. Any gpu can actually do DSR
