Can someone explain this driver problem r7870

Hello, I'm using MSI Radeon HD r7870, and after the newest update there are some problems which i do not understand. Firstly, the first two times when updating the drivers my pc crashed and went to BSOD at the very end of installation. The other problem is game related which I'm pretty sure is caused by the drivers: when i play nba 2k15 I get random blackouts on about 10 minute intervals when it happens i have to press alt+tab and after some time i get back into the game, otherwise the monitor shows a message "no signal".
Today after installing the new driver update the pc didn't crash but it said that the installation finished with problems and here is the troubleshoot file that was created. I'd really appreciate if someone would explain me any of this
