budget is 1500 with tax (13%) location london ontario

2. Aim
my aim is to do a lot of maya rendering and some serious gaming 

and i also need it to have a i7 4790k 

3. Monitors
1 monitro nothing less than 1080:1920

4. Peripherals
yes i need a mouse and keyboard and i already have windows

Where do you live, what do you want to do with the pc, do you need windows, any other wishes etc......you should put in a bit more information.

I would never buy a $100 Coolermaster PSU, especially at damn near $100 when you can get much better ones.
