It has a lot of positives but a couple negatives too. Very fast, great screen, front facing speakers, big battery etc. Unfortunately the button are mushy (you'll get over it quickly), the edge of the bezel is a bit sharp, the hdmi is right next to the micro usb port so they sit snugly together when plugged in(this will depend on your hdmi plug size. 

Overall it is well worth the money I payed for it, I use it everyday.

 

One thing you might want to consider: If you use the official screen cover you don't need to touch the power button as it sleeps and wakes up depending on whether the screen is covered or not.
