download speed help?

So, I've been trying to download some music, but strangely some of the songs take wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy longer than they should

thats my speed. Its pretty good.

Web pages / videos load no problem, but it seems when i download some songs, it takes a solid 3/4 minutes.

 

Any help? By the way, some songs download in like 10 seconds as they should, while some take a very long time.

Depends where you're downloading them from. If you're downloading them [censored], then the server that you're downloading one song from might be further away or slower then a different song. 

 

lol is [censored] supposed to be illegally?

Yeah it's server based, I can never get the speed I'm paying for.
