what is better they are both around the same price?

The T4 is a lower tier of the Hyper 212 EVO, if you can get the 212 EVO, then get it.

well i said they are around the same price and isn't the t4 a higher tier of the tx3 and how good the the tx3 evo

Researched exactly this question a while back and came to the conclusion that overall the 212 is the better option (in terms of noise and cooling performance) after looking at tons of benchmarks. ;)
