Oh ok so you want to use the skin. It doesn't work like that unfortunately there just there to  look at and if they get enough votes and likes and all that then maybe  they get added into drops or weapon cases.

Yeah as mentioned above you can't get weapon skins and stuff from the workshop to your game. Once an item from the workshop gets in to the game, they will be dropped and will be available in the market place for purchase.

 

But you can get maps directly from the workshop. You just have to click subscribe as for any other game.
