Hey guys, i am wondering if this build is worth the money, i am in Australia so prices are higher. i have $300 left in my budget and i need a cpu cooler and some storage (must have an ssd, a 120gb one will do though) the monitor will be a 42 inch 1080p tv. it will be used primarily for gaming and some video editing,  http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/YdvCMp

PSU is overkill, spending too much on fans and GPU. Let me tweak it for you. :)

You might consider going with ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard instead of the Extreme 6.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
