need help on picking ram

I think those are perfect for you, i have the same motherboard as you but those ram are not yet available in Canada, but if they were id definetly go with those, they match the motherboard also.

yeh i was looking at the blue led ones cuz my case is going to be lighting up led blue and jw can thay be overclocked

The speed and latency are good and the price is alright; seems good.
but is this ram good for overclocking i know it would look good on my mypower

The ram is running at 2133 MHz at 1.65 volts (you shouldn't go above this voltage), thats when you enable X.M.P in your UEFI/bios.

Remember as the BCK goes up the latency's on the ram go up so real world performance wise you wont get much more.

According to an Intel representative, running memory at over 1.5V can damage the CPU memory controller on 1155 CPUs. I haven't tried though myself so I'll wait for a second opinion.
