Display dilemma

currently saving for my new build (specs being: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/XhWwCJ )

 

im looking for advice with regards to my choice in graphics card vs display. 

 

the above build is pretty much exactly what i want, however, all that power will only be displayed on my current 23" samsung tv (not exactly making the most of the pc's power)

 

Question: Would you buy a gtx 970, and spend the spare cash on a good monitor? ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HZF2MPE/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1HNP0W4OX8RP3&coliid=I3CI8EGYEE87F&psc=1 )

 

or stick with the gtx980 and upgrade monitor at a later date?

 

 

budget is the £1300 the pc is costing.
