The storage on my laptop had been fluctuating up to 10 Gigabytes per day for a few days, so I looked few my folders, and found that my Windows folder is at the moment around 45 Gigabytes, I'm fairly sure that's far too large. Any help in what I can do to reduce it and stop it fluctuating so much?

Delete System 32? JK, don't do it.

If your gonna delete any files on your windows folder, your laptop might not boot in the OS because some files are missing that are needed to run. I would say run a CCleaner scan and delete unnecessary files and delete some files if you don't want to reinstall your os...
