Download and install that, then you should be able to display battery information after hitting the Xbox "Guide" button in the middle of your controller.

MY HDE Wireless receiver for my Xbox 360 controller...
I just moved house. In the process, my dongle was unplugged from my PC, and somehow windows forgot what to do...

Now, this dongle has always had issues with windows 8, but the problem here is.... My driver disk is in a box... Somewhere... IDK where...
Does anyone have this same one? If so, can you copy the contents of the CD and dropbox it or something to me? I would greatly appreciate it, as the file is actually not available for download anywhere on the internet ( that i can find ).
Linus featured it on one of the handy stuff under $100 episodes.

okay so apparently the thing works without any drivers at all..... Cool?
No software, so i can't tell how much battery i have, so if anyone has that software, i will still gladly take it.

Windows Update did the trick, I suppose.

Though I'd try to find the drivers from the site.

i suppose after 10 failed attempts to update the driver through windows update, the 11th time worked...
