PCpartpicker will tell you if there are incompatibilities, but not bottlenecks

just letting you know

 

 

The NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 330mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card is 280mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

Definitely no bottlenecks with a 970 and 4690, you should be fine.
