Planetside 2 Error

Hello everyone, new member here.

 

The reason I have created this thread is because I am having trouble with Planet side 2, Sorry if this is not where I'm meant to post this.

 

Anyways, everytime I try and play planet side 2 I log in the launch pad, Select my character and then wait for the tutorial to load, it crashes at 99% opens firefox and says Error G9

I have done what the support suggested which was re install the game, that did not work.

I verified entegrity of game cache, that made me download 10gb of things, did not work.

I validated game assets, everything is clear.

 

I sent a support ticket and did as they suggested which was something in the cmd, did not work.

 

Is there anything left I can do to fix it?

Is there a repair button on the game launcher? 

Have you tried re installing the game?

You are playing this on some kind of windows?

Have you tried forcing 32-bit client?
