VMware + Haswell

So Haswell has support for Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) ( copy+paste from site ) Is this all I need to run VMware or any other

virtual machine on the new platform? I was hoping to run Linux in Windows 7. Otherwise I would get a separate drive for linux.
