Good Day, Young Sirs.

I have an issue with my PC which I've had for quite a while and I've never seemed to be able to fix it.
My strong belief is that it has something to do with the CPU Cache. But i could be wrong, Which is why I'm asking on here incase someone else knows the issue.

First of all, Here's what I'm running.

MB: Asus P9x79-LE
CPU: Core I7-3820 @ 4.7Ghz
RAM: 32GB Trident-X DDR3 2400Mhz
Graphics: Asus GTX670
SSD: 512gb Samsung 840 Pro
HDD: 4 TB WD Black
WIFI: Asus PCE AC68
Case: Coolermaster Cosmos II

So, Here's the issue/scenario.

Lets say I listen to music while I'm working,
I put my PC to sleep at the end of the day and wake it up the next day and do that 2 or 3 times
before the issue starts to occur. Then for some reason when i load a webpage the music kinda freezes or jitters if that a word.
I also notice the mouse starts to lag a bit until the page is fully loaded. once the page is loaded everything is fine, it only seems to happen
when the PC downloads/uploads.

I had a feeling it could've been my expensive and not so typical PCI wireless Card so i tried ethernet and it still gave me the same issue.
If it makes any difference my bandwidth speed is 100Mbps/12.5MB/ps which Is precisely why I have the PCI Wireless Card that I have so I can take advantage of the internet speed I have.

The only way to stop the jittering etc is to completely reboot the PC. Which isn't that much of a big deal but it's just annoying to save everything and reboot, then open everything up again etc.
And being a web designer kinda makes it more annoying because I'd have a million web pages open hence why i have a 21:9 monitor too. Lol.

It's also why I though that it could be the CPU Cache, From my years in the IT industry i believe you can't flush the CPU Cache without restarting the PC. It's a bit like ROM back in the day.

If you need any more info let me know, I'd really like to get this issue fixed.

Regards,
Petru
