Motherboard Vcore Temperature

Hey guys, i was just wondering what a safe temp is for your motherboards Vcore. it only started to worry me after playing battlefield for about hour or so, the Asus AI suite said my Vcores was running at 63 degrees. it runs at 40 degrees idle. so are these temps okay??

 

Specs

 

mobo: Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0

GPU: R9 280x

CPU: FX 8350

PSU: XFX pro series 750w

HDD: WD 1TB

Case: Phantek enthroo pro

RAM: crucial tactical tracer 2x4gb, 1600
