QuickFire Pro Media Key Issues

Hi, My QuickFire Pro used to have no problems when using the media keys to play, pause and skip songs. However, these F keys no longer work the way they should, and now act as a home key (eg. sends me back to the homepage for Spotify, Chrome, etc.) Any solutions?
