If your gonna go SLI get 2 GTX970's it's far better value for money, and you can easily get by with a 750w PSU to run the set up

Looks good, though I wouldn't bother with a sound card as there is not much improvement over the integrated audio, at least on decent boards.

 

maybe change the ssd to a samsung 240 evo, psu to a corsair cx 600m, and hdd to a wd black.
