So lately.. I have been tinkering around my computer to figure out what is causing BSOD. And i have finally caught it. The ram speed. You see when i set the memory frequency to DDR3-1600Mhz it causes BSOD.  However when i let my motherboard do you with OC Tuner it sets it at a lower speed yet works absolutely fine, The speed with OC tuner is roughly 1131 mhz or something around 11XX Mhz.  My question is why is  my ram causing these issues ? I have purchased a ram stick that runs at 1600 mhz yet my computer doesnt want to accept it or something. Also i have tried using XMP for the ram however that causes the computer to crash as well.

So can anyone help me ?  Figure out how i can set my ram at 1600mhz without the computer crashing constantly ?

Maybe i should give you guys my CPU.      AMD-FX6300 Black Edition.

This is what the manual says about memory.

4x DIMMs, Max. 32GB DDR3 2133(O.C)/1866/1600/133/1066 Mhz, ECC, Non-ECC, Unbuffered memory.

Dual-Channel memory architecture.

- Due to the cpu spec, amd 100 series cpus support up to ddr3 1066 mhz. with asus design, this motherboard can support up to ddr3 1333 mhz
