I am looking for a capture card that fits these descriptions, I was wondering if anyone knows if ther is one

1) Must be PCI-E, Any size/speed 1x, 4x, ect.

2) Must be able to capture both Composite and Component cables (the yellow/red/white and the green/blue/red/white/red cables)

3) Must be able to capture at least 1080i at 60fps

4) Not needed but if possible HDMI (I know i will need an HDMI stripper to allow recording of console games)

The reason I need one is because I want to archive gameplay for future use in school editing projects. I am going to be using a nintendo 64 with the 3 cable composite, and a wii with 5 cable component. That is why those options are needed. I may get a Wii-U later so thats why HDMI is a plus. I would use emulators, but for the video work I need the recorded videos to not have problems that arise with most roms, like the items and shields in brawl tend to squeeze horizontally, and banjo tooie has lots of graphical glitches. thanks for any help in advanced.

Nothing to see here, move along

PCI-E only?  I don't think those exist, but if you can make do with USB3.0 then there's the

I could make due with USB, but the reason I was wondering about PCI-e is because of the locations I place nosoles, and possible combinations of wire routing  a USB one would have tons more clutter than a pci-e based one. But if there is  absolutely no pci-e based ones, than yeah I guess i'm stuck with usb, because I have no PCI ports.
