Did you install the latest driver straight from nvidia instead of your card's manufacture's video driver?

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us&ClickID=d0br2ortsscm0hxry20somnmky2w22oo2ymy

Try the latest driver directly from the Nvidia website. Select the "Clean Install" option.

yes and yes :c

You could try this...

http://en.kioskea.net/faq/6210-nvidia-nvlddmkm-sys-error-message

But be careful, you'll be messing with driver files.

in cmd it says it can't open nviddmkmsy_ i ran normally and as admin

Use driver sweeper booted into safe mode and wipe the graphics drivers.

I can only think of removal of the driver in safe mode and cleaning the registry with CCleaner or something like that. Then re-install a fresh copy of the driver in normal Windows mode.

I'd go to Dell's website [LINK] and download the driver from there along with the security patch.

As to installing;

1. Uninstall all of the nVidia graphics related software & drivers.

2. Then go into safe mode and run driver sweeper for what may be left.

3. Install the above. (make sure you choose Win7 x64)

If you keep having issues upload the dump file there might be more to it.
