About to do a reasonably large storage upgrade on my PC. My current set up is:

1 x 60GB Intel SSD for boot

2 x 360GB 2.5" WD Black HDDs in RAID 0 (it's was the fastest option for the lowest price when I got them, don't hate :P)

1 x 1TB WD Green HDD for general storage

I like having several drives available with at different speeds and capacities so that I can arrange my files myself so I'm thinking of something along the lines of:

1 x 120GB SSD for a boot drive, I don't put much on my C:/ drive but 60GB was cutting it a bit too close.

existing 1 x 60GB for things I use all the time (such as a particular game I play far too much of)

existing 2 x 360GB 2.5" WD Black HDDs in RAID 0 for games, applications etc.

2 x 3TB WD Green HDDs in RAID 1 for storage and backups with the RAID 1 for data security

Only problem with this is that without upgrading my motherboard, I don't have enough SATA ports (only have 4) for all of those drives. So... my primary question is, can you set up multiple RAID arrays on one motherboard/RAID card without loosing any performance? Also, does anyone have any suggestions as to what RAID card I should be looking at for that many drives?
