My friend wants to set up an online gambling site, does anyone know the rules/regulations/taxing and laws he needs to go through? Where does he need to fill out paperwork/ does he need to fill out applications or anything?

 

He lives in Canada if that helps aswell

Can't give you an answer, but if you're dealing with legal stuff, you should really get a lawyer to draft up terms of service, EULAs etc. Legal stuff involving money can go bad quickly.
