Hey,

Every single time that I shut down my pc, and I have skype open i get this message: "the instruction at 0x0191c1c7 referenced memory at 0x28000013. The memory could not be read. Click on ok to terminate the program."

Does anyone have any idea about what's going on, this only happens with skype.

my setup is listed below in my signature

4 GB of kingston 1333 Mhz - 8 GB of kingston hyperX Blu 1866 running at 1333

Have you tried simply reinstalling Skype?

Yeah. It's best to use the same modules, but people do use different ones with no issues. I'm honestly not too sure. Did you try putting the first stick back in the first slot(without the second stick)

I would agree that the DIMM's may be an issue..but if there are no other errors..have a look at how your Xonar is set up within Skype. Try to unload the Xonar app prior to a shutdown and see if you get the same type of error.

Your best effort is the easiest thing to give to someone else..
